Feature Request: presentation width on screen

Hi Daniel.

In cases where no cameras were activated during the recorded session, and chat was not used, it would look better if the presentation was shown in the entire width of the screen, without big white space on the left side

Hi! That is a great idea and PRs are welcomed. Unfortunately, I'm not actively maintaining this project anymore as https://github.com/bigbluebutton/bbb-presentation-video/ is now officially part of BBB.
