[FEA] - Show minimal timeline while fast forwarding

Description

I like the fast forwarding feature with separate intervals, but while "scrolling" through the video, I feel lost how "far" I'm into the scene.
I think a 3-5% height small blue (?) progress bar at the bottom could solve this.
A minimal version of the full scrolling screen.

I like this idea. I also tend to the use left/right to skip and it does feel easy to get lost. I think at a minimum there needs to be some sort of "feedback" when skipping like this.

I'm not completely sure how to implement this, but I'll look into it.
