[BUG] - Quarter/tenth rating star precision display issue

Description

If the server uses Stars as the "Rating System Type", but with Quarter or Tenth for the precision, the stars on the scene details won't display less than half stars.

Pressing left/right on the stars will set the rating in the correct precision, but it's not displayed properly.
