Exclude dbt tests in build_dbt_asset_selection

I am trying to exclude row count tests via a tag in the job below, but Dagster isn't generating an --exclude in the dbt command. I saw a similar issue was raised here for Asset Checks, but I have disabled them. Is what I want possible?

Here is the job:

my_dbt_job = define_asset_job(
    name='my_dbt_job',
    selection=build_dbt_asset_selection(
        dbt_assets=[my_dbt_assets],
        dbt_select='+tag:daily',
        dbt_exclude='tag:row_count'
    ),
    tags={
        ...
    }
)

Here is the asset definition the job is targeting:

@dbt_assets(
    manifest=dbt_manifest, 
    exclude='tag:partitioned',
    dagster_dbt_translator=custom_dagster_dbt_translator
)
def my_dbt_job(
    context: OpExecutionContext, 
    dbt: DbtCliResource, 
    dbt_build_config: ConfigurableResource
) -> None:

And here is how I have the tag set in models.yaml:

tests:
  - my_row_count_test:
      tags:
        - row_count

Any ideas?

I was able to get around this by including a tag in the job definition, and then evaluating in the @dbt_asset if the tag is present. If it is, construct an --exclude arg using the tag value (which is a dbt model or test), and pass it into the dbt command.

I'm still surprised the dbt_exclude param isn't working. @rexledesma any ideas?
