Optimizations in Gossiping

Now we propagate via the network every time the whole KnowledgeManager (so values of all knowledge fields), which is an overkill.
We should rather propagate only specific knowledge fields.
Also, fields that should be updated together (e.g. speed and acceleration in the Cruise control example) should be grouped together somehow during knowledge propagation and update.
