Created SQLite driver, it doesn't have all the capabilities as MySQL/MariaDB, though.
Added
UPDATEstatement and support for transactions.Added types to function parameter/returns.
Reorganized code so that statements for
ALTER TABLEandCREATE TABLEare in their own folders.
