Commit 875c8ab is adding bits from architecture CPUID 06_AA
Among them is the AES-NI whom support can be toggled in some BIOS
I found this screenshot while Googling for AES-NI

Surprisingly screenshot post is from much older architecture than the Intel SDM volume 4 specification.

Does anyone have such feature that I would like to implement in CoreFreq ?
