Cypress Cloud Timer Not Updating Correctly

Current behavior

I have encountered an issue with the Cypress Cloud timer. When I open Cypress Cloud, go to the latest test runs, select a test result marked as "crashed" (orange triangle icon) at the bottom, and click "View Output" in the opened sidebar, the timer in the top right corner of the output modal window keeps running after a day and doesn't seem to stop.

Desired behavior

The timer should display the actual time it took for the test to run from the start until the moment it crashed.

This issue does not require specific test code as it pertains to the behavior of the Cypress Cloud timer.
