Ability to Sort/"Favorite" projects in Cypress Cloud

What would you like?

To be able to sort and/or favorite projects within an org in the Cypress Cloud.

Why is this needed?

For larger orgs, Cypress Cloud's "View all projects" page is a bit difficult to parse. I'm not sure how the projects are sorted on the page currently, but however it is doesn't feel very intuitive. Being able to sort these by Name/Last Run Time/etc would be incredibly useful. In addition, perhaps more helpful would be to be able to favorite/star a project so that it always appears at the top of the projects page. I have a handful of projects I need to review results for, but with 60+ projects within my org, I basically have to use the search bar every time. It would be awesome to have those sit somewhere within reach without needing to always search.
