How to organize the correct order of execution of test suites?

I have 400+ tests.
The folder structure is as follows.
01_set of tests in the folder
01_spec
02_spec (and so on in all folders)
02_set of tests in the folder
03_set of tests in the folder
...
11_set of tests in the folder
12_set of tests in the folder
13_set of tests in the folder

But at full startup

the order is broken and the folders are started

01-02-03-04-05-10-11-12-13-06-07-08 and so on

that is, they are not going
in order. what should I name the folders so that they go in order?
