Steps to Reproduce

- a
  - b
  1. Set em.testFlags.simulateDrop = true
  2. Drag one of the thoughts.

Current Behavior

The bullet drop target is not colored even though it is a valid target.

Expected Behavior

The drop target of the bullet should use the same background color as the corresponding thought (i.e. the one that would drop it into the same place).
