This is pending addition of cyberark.conjur.conjur_host_identity role in collection. Currently, tests are failing for Host Identity Demo on branch 37-create-demo.

I'm putting this totally on hold until the published collection matches what is on this repo. Right now, there are many options for the cyberark.conjur.conjur_variable that are also not available and are needed for the demo.
