Error using custom :tag-to-version in projectile #10

Setting :tag-to-version in project.clj resulted in this error:

java.lang.ClassCastException: clojure.lang.PersistentList cannot becast to clojure.lang.IFn

I learned unquote(~) in front of (fn[]) or #() will work
