Control over COLMAP import and reconstruction options

CLI usage:

python -m hloc.reconstruction [...] \
    --image_options camera_model='"RADIAL"' \
    --mapper_options ba_global_use_pba=True ba_refine_principal_point=True

API usage:

model = reconstruction.main(
    sfm_dir, images, sfm_pairs, features, matches, image_list=references,

)
