scale horizontally should be named "in" - "out", not "up" - "down" #10

Hi,
I think the scaling operated is an "horizontal" scale (vertical scale is made increasing the resources of the single machine, not changing the machines' number.

So it should be adjusted both the README and the code accordingly to use "scale out" and "scale in" terms.

My 2 cents :)
