Add a page to the wiki describing the intended user workflows for:

  • A new member
  • A newly trained mentor
  • A "matchmaker"
  • Ending a relationship
  • Reporting a meeting

Hi Rich,

I didn't think that cloning the repo would also allow me to clone your wiki; do I need direct access to edit? Here is my stab at one of the items on your issue:

A 'matchmaker' will be the first user role to be implemented who will be able initiate relationships (send invitation emails). The role is likely to be held by someone with overview of the mentoring process, probably a committee member.

A 'matchmaker' has privileges:

?To add a mentee to the system?.
?To add a mentor to the system?.
To select a mentor and mentee and pair them together (send invitations to both intended to initiate a relationship).

Following an attempt to pair by a "matchmaker" both mentee and mentor will receive and invitation to the relationship.

The matchmaker will be provided with a list of invitations that they have initiated which will include their status (accepted, declined,in progress) and the ability to filter by this status.

Oh, that's silly of me. I meant to add you to the org. Will do in a wee
while. Then feel free to copy the text in.
