  1. feat: 粘贴图片文件上传 + 修复 Windows 构建，发布 1.2.3 

    - 编辑器 Ctrl+V 支持剪贴板中的图片文件（此前只支持复制的图片位图），可一次粘贴多张并批量上传插入
- ClipboardImage 新增 readAll()：优先读位图数据，回退到剪贴板里的图片文件；read() 语义保持兼容
- sqlite3 native hook 支持按平台查找 local_path_<os>，未配置的平台仍走原下载逻辑
- 提交官方 sqlite3.dll 到 native/，Windows 构建改用本地预编译库，不再依赖 GitHub 下载
- 新增 apply_patch.sh，apply_patch.bat 补充 hook 编译缓存清理，避免复用旧的 hook.dill
- 新增 .gitattributes 固定 .sh/.bat 换行符
- 版本号 1.2.2+23 -> 1.2.3+24
