• Add Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) responsibilities to Grievance Officer via the creation of a Grievance, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Officer (to be referred as GEDI Officer).
• The EDI responsibilities were ripped verbatim from Model Constitution Club Constitution provided by Arc @ UNSW. The text is available at: https://www.arc.unsw.edu.au/uploads/Arc%20Clubs%20Model%20Constitution%20Updated%2026-7-19%20-%20constituent.docx.
• References to Grievance Officer were replaced with references to GEDI Officer.
• A member is permitted to hold no more than one Executive position. Previously, Grievance Officer could be held with another position.
• Except for Co-President, every Executive position must have at least one nominee. Previously, this was not a requirement of Grievance Officer, although there was a requirement there is at least five nominees in total.
• Remove clause regarding appointment of Grievance Officer by incoming executive if there are no nominees.
