Add .gitignore for iPython notebooks

I suggest you add a `.gitignore` for iPython notebooks, notably

```
#Ipython
.ipynb_checkpoints/
```

That way, as a future `git pull` is run against this repo, git won't complain.

I tried submitting this as a pull request but didn't have permission, of course. (I'm a current CS109 student).
