SCAFFOLDING_USE_JSDELIVR_CDNto use thejsdelivr CDN for libraries instead of using local copies.This is in
functions.php. SetSCAFFOLDING_USE_JSDELIVR_CDNtotrueand it will use the CDN instead of the local copy of the script and style files.
