Does the agent uses the knowledge db from memory when the "knowledge_sources=[knowledge]" is not specified at the agent?

My question is that after 1 run with e.g.:

@agent
  def knowledge_agent(self) -> Agent:
  return Agent(
	  config=self.agents_config['knowledge_agent'],
	  verbose=True,
	  knowledge_sources=[knowledge_list],
)

does the agent still use the knowledge at future runs, even if i delete the "knowledge_sources=[knowledge_list]", so i use the agent like this:

@agent
  def knowledge_agent(self) -> Agent:
  return Agent(
	  config=self.agents_config['knowledge_agent'],
	  verbose=True,
)

I have apretty big json, at currently it takes ~ 10 minutes to be chunked and stored in the knowledge chromadb.
