[Feature Request] npm start is slow after upgrade from Angular 10 to 11 when purge is enable for tailwind

What is your enhancement?

I use your template for my project. But after updating dependencies notus-angular template requires more time for building (~ 7-8 minutes). First of all I created an issue to @angular:
angular/angular-cli#20406

Maybe should you disable purge in 'tailwind.config.js' or point about it in README.md?
