Multi-profile Zabbix templates for resticprofile

I've rewritten the Zabbix templates in contrib/zabbix for Zabbix 7.0+, motivated by the need for multiple profiles.

Oh thank you very much!
I was about to update it as well, but then my upgrade to Zabbix 7.0 created such a mess I decided that was finally time for me to move to prometheus/grafana that I was toying with for years 😆
