Documentation on Craft Cloud asset uploading from front end contexts

It is already well documented that Craft Cloud web requests are limited to 6MB due to AWS Lambda. A 6MB+ request i.e. POST data would be rare, but the key area where this will likely be a factor is file uploads from front end forms.

Asset uploads from the Craft control panel are not subject to this 6MB limit, as they are uploaded directly to your bucket and served from our CDN. Asset uploads from the site’s front end are subject to this limit unless you provide a way to upload them directly to your bucket from the front end (similar to how the Craft control panel does it).

It would be great to get some official documentation on how this can be implemented, in particular for plugin developers. I can see form plugins like Formie and Freeform being able to take advantage of this will provide a less limiting experience for file uploading through forms.

It would be great to get some official docs on this for plugin/module purposes. There's a potential use case coming up for me, which we'll likely hit the 6 MB post limit due to attachment sizes, but using the asset upload layer will obviously overcome this. Ideally having this built into something like Formie for form management would make it easier, but some official docs on how to implement it would certainly help!
