  onvitation search for users should strip start/end whitespace out: dbarnes@mailinator.com and dbarnes@mailinator.com are different and a search for the former won't return the latter.

Hi @withanage -- I reviewed and merged pkp/ojs#4494. I didn't update the table at the top; it looks like several other PRs have been merged there too.

Thannks @asmecher , as soon as pkp/pkp-lib#10563 gets merged, I will do some final integrated testings and merge the new cypress tests , pkp/pkp-lib#10566
