Knative?

Does Google's KNative bear mentioning here?

I asked myself that on launch day, and then took a look at the docs, and persuaded myself it's not a FaaS that runs on Kubernetes, but a kit of parts to build things that run on Istio (on Kubernetes) with 'serverless' and 'functions' marketing sprinkles.

But I'm willing to be persuaded that my hot take was completely wrong; and in part the whole point of this was to catalogue the Cambrian explosion of projects doing (roughly) the same thing. The clincher would probably be something like a blog post showing how somebody (easily) ported a function from Lambda or similar (inc anything already on this list) to Knative (and I think Kelsey Hightower is working on demonstrating something quite like that).

If this had been a PR to add Knative to the list I'd have probably just merged it.
