Fix instructions in README.md

Some of the instructions in the README.md on running tests are outdated. The correct instructions can be recovered from Makefile.

I found this issue and want to contribute!
I cloned the repo and created a new branch and have committed some of my changes. However I can't push my branch up to the repo, likely because I don't have write access...

I get this error:

git push --set-upstream origin proberts-fix-readme
ERROR: Permission to cowprotocol/token-imbalances.git denied to pierceroberts.
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.

Could you please give me write access?

your help would be greatly appreciated!

The typical workflow in such cases would be to create a fork of the repository, change that copy however you like, and then create a pull request to token-imbalances from the fork.

This avoids giving write access to people outside of the cowprotocol organization.
