Summary
Create gaiacli query all-rewards <delegatorAddress> that lets users query all outstanding (un-withdrawn) rewards for a given validator.
Problem Definition
Not possible right now, and it would facilitate UX.
For Admin Use
- Not duplicate issue
- Appropriate labels applied
- Appropriate contributors tagged
- Contributor assigned/self-assigned
