Description
based on earlier conversations today (CC @jaekwon, @cwgoes, @ValarDragon) - within staking validator object:
Operator->OperatorAddrPubKey->ConsPubKey
Within the bech prefixes we should rename:
cosmoscons->cosmosvalconscosmosval->cosmosvaloper
Or something along those lines - feel free to edit if this has a mistake
