Hey,

Can somebody please help me understand module accounts a bit :)? Some of the questions I have:

1. Can module account delegate and undelegate stake tokens to validator?
2. How to access module account and funds?
3. How to get control over module account in case something goes wrong?

Programmatically, yes. I don't see why not.

Via x/bank. It's treated like any other account.

How to get control over module account in case something goes wrong?

You don't. You might want to look into x/groups instead.
