Using Classic Ha is deprecated. I'm getting an error when the queue type if qurom.

failed to declare queue: Exception (406) Reason: "PRECONDITION_FAILED - inequivalent arg 'x-queue-type' for queue 'tasks' in vhost '/': received none but current is the value 'quorum' of type 'longstr'"
