What this PR does: This PR enhances troubleshooting options available from /memberlist page:

  • ability to delete buffer of sent/received messages
  • display content of the change (for ring, this is list of modified instances in the ring)

Checklist

  • CHANGELOG.md updated - the order of entries should be [CHANGE], [FEATURE], [ENHANCEMENT], [BUGFIX]
