By default, SNaCK links against the "Barnes-Hut" implementation of
t-SNE, which carries its own license. Please see
lib-bhtsne/LICENSE.txt for details. Binary distributions of SNaCK are
subject to the terms of that license in addition to the one below,
because the "Barnes-Hut t-SNE" code is linked in by default.

The license of SNaCK is as follows. It applies to all code,
documentation, examples, setup scripts, and other files EXCEPT those
inside the lib-bhtsne folder:
