Add recent section to send

right now send token has 2 sections:

• your wallets
• friends

can we add one more section of recent sends that takes up 2 lines and has a view all option? the three types of cards needed would be:

1. someone on backpack but not your friend -> show address, backpack pfp and username
2. someone you're friends with on backpack -> show pfp and username
3. someone who does not have backpack (a regular wallet address) -> show address

there are 3 lines in the mockup to illustrate the 3 variants listed above, but we should probably make it only 2 lines so you can still see your wallets and friends all in the same screen.
