Fix several small bugs and improvements

Changes

• Truncate in pagination => '...' => Closes Translation issue - English - change 'Truncate' in page browser to '...' #688
• Lastest inquiries published:=> Latest requests published: => Closes Newsletter still says "inquiries" in English - please change to "requests" #693
• Movements => Exchanges => Closes Please change "Movements" to "Exchanges" in English translation in member profile screen #696
• & in the posts list fixed with sanitize => Closes Offers listing shows & instead of & #690
• members description shown without markdown tags => Closes Inconsistent treatment of Markdown in Members display #692
