Replaces #4.

  • Slight tweaks to general description with updated link for conventional-changelog "recommended workflow"
  • Clarify "checkout master" to include pull
  • Clarify installation options (run script vs global bin) with benefits of each
  • Add Usage section, moving initial changelog generation to First Release
  • Add FAQ section addressing questions answered in How is it different than semantic-release #22 and github pull request #24
