MCP tools are listed but response are not received

I have exposed my api endpoints as mcp servers. And continue is able to list those tools and reach the servers...But it is not returning the response. For example tool to list collection in vectordb is there. It is calling the tool...sometimes keep calling the tool in loop or else it is not returning the respose from the tool
