Test app is converted to cyberark/demo-app

There is a demo app in DockerHub at cyberark/demo-app (in GitHub here) that connects to a PostgreSQL database. It would be great to update the test app to be this demo app instead, and to use Summon with the Conjur provider to inject the DB credentials into the app environment.
