How should the client report proof validation errors (aka blow the whistle)? #87

The client needs to provide a mechanism for the user to blow the whistle on the key server if any proof verification fails. Some suggested mechanisms: Post to Twitter (if account linked), post to public web page, disseminate via auditors.
