Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a developer working locally, some resources such as s3, dynamodb, kinesis etc. are available via API.
Therefore, if the resources already exist in the cloud it would be useful to be able to generate a local docker-compose override file that has all the environment variables (and maybe secrets?) set for each service so that locally the behaviour for connecting to these resources can be replicated.
