[Bug]: App Crashes in Nearby Page when Location is turned of

Summary

What Happens: When Location is Turned off the app Crashes when Switched to Nearby Page
Expected: It should just show message that it will not work without location and should not crash

Steps to reproduce

1. Open App with Location Turn on
2. Turn off Location and Switch to Nearby Page by clicking on Button App Bar
   or
3. Open App With Location Turned off

Expected behaviour

App Should Just Show User that it is not going to show nearby Information without Location

Actual behaviour
