Noob question...using postman

Hey everyone I am trying to execute a a request using postman. I read that you don't include the JSON as the body of the request but a parameter. What am I doing wrong as I cant get this to work? I know the url is http://localhost:8188/prompt. I exported my workflow as the JSON API doc. But what do I do with it since I cant use it in the body?? Any help is appreciated.

For anyone that stumbles across this. Here is how you post a text to image in postman.

1. export your workflow as a api. Window -> Export as API. This will create a json file.
2. open postman
3. postman url = http://ipaddress:8188/prompt
4. make sure your doing a POST request
5. go to body -> raw json
6. paste your json
7. for some reason the export forgets to add the word "prompt" after the first opening {. so you need to add it and the export forgets the last }, so add that too.
8. your prompt should like similar to mine in the pic below. Not 100% the same but same layout.
