Manager not aviable

Hello there!

I have been struggling with "finding" the manager within ComfyUI. I reinstalled it multiple times trying to fix the issue but the manager never shows up, neither with the old layout. I noticed when loading Comfy, it mentions the manager should be fixed, but somehow will not be bc it is outdated?
