Hi,

I was reported an issue where the time zone format look different.

DTSTART;TZID=/freeassociation.sourceforge.net/Europe/Berlin: 20200426T140000
is the format
it is parsed as UTC where the time zone Europe/Berlin would be expected.
Did you encounter such time zone formats anywhere else? Should this be covered by this module?
