Made following Changes

Changed FrameLayout to CoordinatorLayout in fragments_notes.xml to fix overlap of snackbar and fab.
Add empty string checks whenever new note is created or edited, so blank notes are not created as posted in Issues under Redundant new note creation issue.

Hope this counts as BOSS contribution.
