The broader Codewhale redesign, superseding the unpublished v0.9.14 candidate. Preserve the Codewhale mark and identity while improving home interactions, model/provider/fleet/plugin settings, readability, and familiar navigation across clients. Includes community fixes and session/runtime reliability. Release acceptance remains evidence-based: exact-head hosted checks, identified artifacts, installation and live interaction proof. Existing issues and completion history are retained. Milestones hold issues, not PRs. Start here: #6094.
