Is the sandpack project still active? v1 vs v2?

Have been tasked internally with organising a self host of sandpack which is consumed as part of the Librechat codebase, however looking into it I found LC still uses v1, but if I'm setting it up I would prefer a headless v2 version however:

• From what I can tell the 'current' v2 sandpack repo hasn't been updated in a year:

• The 'legacy' v1 was updated last month which is still pointed to by these docs:

• Same for 'experimental bundler which hasn't been maintained in 2 years:

Can I get some clarity on what the latest actual maintained version of sandpack is for self hosting?
