RPM based distro installation is broken

Currently RPM distro installation of gm-installer is broken. CentOS7 is broken because repos are offline. Manually editing CentOS-Vault.repo file will you further along, but gm-installer runs 'yum update' which will reinstall/re-enable deprecated CentOS7 repos again

There doesn't seem to be support for Rocky/Alma as of yet.

@vphan13 there is no longer support of CentOS7 since it has been EOL upstream. There is no support for Rocky/Alma, but there are tracking bugs for this, see #88

Do you still need CentOS7 support?

@byte CentOS7 support is not required, however, with no Alma/Rocky support, our options for RPM distros is essentially limited to RHEL. I'm aware of #88, doesn't look like its been assigned to anyone just yet. Happy to assist with troubleshooting if there is any progress
