[FEATURE] Adjustable keymaps for Diff handling

Docs should include instructions on how to remap the diff management commands.
Or at least mention which command is the plugin calling.

Use Case

The default keymaps are:

• <leader>da to accept changes
• <leader>dq to reject changes

But many would like to change this as it probably conflicts with their Debugger mapping groups.

I appreciate your suggestion! Technically, there weren’t any specific commands for that; it was directly bound into the Lua code and functions.

However, I’ve gone ahead and refactored those parts to make them commands that are configurable via the lazy keybindings. Now, the defaults are set to <leader>aa --> :ClaudeCodeDiffAccept for accepting changes and <leader>ad --> :ClaudeCodeDiffDeny for denying them!
