How to prevent a chatbot from ruining your web design?

Hello, talented CodeProject community! I'm working on a web design project and decided to add a chatbot to make it more interactive. I did it with Hispamedia https://www.hispamedia.biz/disenoweb.html, and I love the result: the bot helps users and gives the site a modern feel. But I'm worried it might affect the experience if it's not well optimized. Does anyone have tips for integrating chatbots without ruining the design or loading speed? Any ideas are welcome!
